Crispy Chicken Drumsticks


  • 1 kg Chicken Leg Piece
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cornflour
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Tikka Masala
  • Vinegar or Lemon
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oil

Preparation of Marination

Take a bowl of tikka masala and add 2-3 tablespoon of vinegar, add 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, mix it well with a spoon.


Clean the chicken and make three to four cuts on it, marinate chicken with the prepared mixture and after marinating chicken, place it at a cool dry place for 2 to 3 hours.
Now take a bowl and add eggs to it and add half a teaspoon of salt to it. Stir the eggs in a bowl to mix them well.
Now take cornflour in a bowl and add some water and half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and tikka masala mixture in it and mix it well. It should be viscous but not very gooey.
Now pour the oil into a fryer and preheat the oil well. Put the marinated chicken into the fryer and half fry the pieces and take them out. Now dip these half-fried pieces in an egg bowl and then cornflour bowl and fry them again. Your crispy chicken drumsticks are ready to eat.
